    Very true. Look at Russia. The IMF only gave money to a few Rich people whilst the majority were struck by poverty. When Vladimir Putin (whom I would criticise from the left for not building up Russia's infrastructure) destroyed the stranglehold of the oligarchs he was compared to 'Hitler' and 'Stalin'. Often by media that was supposedly liberal.

    Sadly I think our 'free media' is a phantom.
